⟶ How do you know if your healthy habits are working for you or against you?

I ask because for years I struggled with restrictive diets that led to binge eating. Once I discovered intuitive eating my mindset got better but I still didn’t know how to properly nourish my body. I thought I could look to popular wellness trends like paleo, low carb, no sugar, and intermittent fasting but it wasn’t until years later that I realized doing so came at a high cost. My body wasn’t thriving it felt like I was barely surviving with: thyroid issues, digestive problems, fatigue, hair loss, extremely painful periods, and the list goes on.

But then someone showed me a better way and it changed everything.

I was in the middle of getting my certification to be a nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sports medicine and was taught about nourishment and the connection it has with our metabolic health. Bingo! 💡

What makes this program different from everything else out there?

As you know, there are plenty of others in the health and wellness industry. So much of the advice I see elsewhere is perfectionistic and nearly impossible to stick with when you've got internal struggles that must be overcome for long term changes.

Because what's the best workout program? The one you can be consistent at. BUT ALSO the kind that doesn't leave your body using muscle for fuel defeating the purpose of your workout and only creating more stress in the body. Do you see how there's a few parts to this? Same with healthy eating. Intuitive eating is great but without understanding proper nourishment and HOW to support your metabolism (that's what happened to me) you might be left still struggling even though you're doing things right as far as being at peace with your plate. You are complex but wellness doesn't need to be and that's exactly why I created the Wellness Method for you. That's why I'm not just giving you ONE piece to the puzzle like "here's a workout program" without the mindset you need to be consistent with that program or the foundation of nourishment to recover from that workout and actually repair properly so you're not stressing your body and doing more harm than good.
