Who you’ll learn from

A decade of searching.
Then, a different story.

A different chapter was possible.

I’m Cambria—a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, the founder of WELL, and a woman who knows what it feels like to do everything “right” and still feel unwell.

For ten years, I struggled with my hormones. Along the way, I also battled thyroid and gut issues. I was told I wouldn’t be able to get pregnant without hormone replacement therapy. I needed to understand what my body was asking for.

2013–2023

A decade of hormonal struggles, unanswered questions, and searching for a way forward.

2023–2025

I returned to school, studied biochemistry, and deepened my training in nutrition and functional blood chemistry.

January 2025

I began intentionally applying what I’d learned to my fertility, alongside insights from functional labs.

July 2025

I saw my positive pregnancy test. Six months after I began that focused chapter, my story had changed.

Two pieces of my story.

These are my actual progesterone results, exactly as I shared them.

My progesterone result · 21.7Original progesterone laboratory screenshot showing 21.7; units and test date are not visible

My personal results, not a prediction of yours. Progesterone varies with cycle timing and pregnancy. These cropped reports don’t show the dates or cycle context, so the numbers alone don’t establish a treatment effect.

This is the exact plan I used to get pain-free periods, improve my fertility, increase my progesterone, and help other women achieve hormonal transformation.

What changed the way I approached my health

Functional labs helped me see where to focus. Evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle practices gave me steps to take. For me, both mattered.

But I kept coming back to one question: what can a woman do today, before she has labs? WELL grew out of that question. The foundations—nourishment, digestion, movement, and daily habits—give you a place to begin.

A pain-free period. A cycle returning. Feeling better in her body. Read their own words.

From a woman in WELL01 / 05

After checking my cycle-app I realised it had to be my period and I simply didn't noticed it bc there were no other symptoms. Usually I start having cramps about 2-3 days befor bleeding. But this time: NO PAIN!!!

Clarify the signals

For me, it sounded like exhausting days, difficult cycles, and digestion I couldn’t make sense of. Tracking helped me see that eating “healthy” hadn’t always meant eating enough.

Good questions.

Who is WELL for?
WELL is for the woman who wants to understand her body and take practical steps to support her hormone health. You may already eat well and still feel confused about your energy, digestion, or cycle. You don’t need a science background to start.
What will I be able to do?
You’ll learn to track your body’s signals, understand the foundations behind your daily habits, and build a plan for nourishment, movement, and lifestyle support. The goal is to know what you’re practicing and why.
Do I need functional labs first?
No. You can begin with education, daily observations, and the foundations in WELL. Functional labs may add context when you work with a qualified professional. Testing and individual lab reviews are separate from the membership.
Is this only for women trying to conceive?
No. Fertility is part of my personal story, but WELL teaches foundations for women’s hormone and metabolic health. You can use those foundations whether or not pregnancy is your goal.
Is this a personalized medical protocol?
No. WELL is a self-paced educational program and community. You apply the tools to your own observations and habits. Individual diagnosis, treatment, lab interpretation, and private coaching aren’t included.
Will I have the same results as you?
Every body and health history is different. My story and member experiences show what happened for those individuals; they don’t promise a particular hormone level, pregnancy, weight change, or symptom outcome. Work with your clinician on medical concerns and medication decisions.
How do I join WELL?
